Satellite navigation and positioning system has a wide coverage of earth's surface.But it is easy to be blocked in densely populated urban areas.Especially in indoor environment,the signals become weak,even cannot provide navigation services.Cellular network can work as a supplement in signal coverage.The integration of navigation system and communication system will provide users with more powerful and sound location services,realize the integration of communication,navigation,positioning and timing,and provide technical support for the realization of Internet of Everything.However,the integration of navigation and communication will putforward new requirements for the signal system,including carrier frequency,modulation methods,messages,spreading sequences and performance evaluation methods,all of which require innovations and improvements.According to the above analysis,this paper mainly researched on system design of positioning signal in the integration system of communication and navigation.It proposed a new set of spreading code based on odd Kasami sequence,and made some evaluations on the location performance of positioning signal using this new code.The evaluation results proved the validity and effectiveness of the theories and algorithms,and some creative achievements have been completed.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of components of signal system,this paper redesigned one of these components—spreading code—and proposed a new set of spreading code based on odd Kasami sequence.The simulation results proved its great performance in auto-correlation,cross-correlation,balance and quantity,which is good enough to meet the requirements of positioning signal in the integration system of communication and navigation system.(2)Aiming at the characteristics of positioning signal in the integration system of communication and navigation system,this paper proposed a set of evaluation methods to evaluate the performance of positioning signal which uses the new spreading code in the aspects of capture and tracking accuracy,anti-interference and compatibility.The simulation results proved that in the integration system,this positioning signal using new kind of spreading code has great acquisition speed and tracking accuracy,strong anti-interference ability,and interaction with the communication signal within acceptable ranges,which can fully meet the requirements in performance of positioning signal in the integration system.The above researchs can provide some theoretical basis and reference for the development of the integration system of communication and navigation system.
