Application Research Of Gome Cooperative Office System Under SaaS Mode

The information system inside enterprises has become an essential part in the development process of modern enterprises.The competition of modern enterprises will go deeper and deeper into the level of information mining inside enterprises.How to gain a dominant position in the fierce market competition has become a necessary problem for Gome.The combination of Internet new technology application and enterprise business will enable a large number of information and data in the enterprise to be processed quickly and effectively.So as to better improve the efficiency of the whole company's internal employees.Therefore,building an efficient,convenient and secure collaborative office system for Gome is a necessary condition for the Gome to develop rapidly.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the OA office system and the daily management communication within the Gome.Secondly,through the analysis of a large number of SaaS technology,enterprise information,mobile office application cases,build a cooperative office system which is universal and applicable to the enterprise and meet the needs of the enterprise development.Finally,Gome group uses SaaS technology to build an enterprise cooperative office system,reduce the internal management and communication costs,and improve the efficiency of cooperative office work of the employees.It introduces the basic situation of Gome and the existing office system,and the communication tools used internally.Through this study,it has some reference and reference significance for Gome group to use SaaS technology to build enterprise cooperative office system,to reduce the management and communication costs within the enterprise and to improve the efficiency of cooperative office work of the employees.So as to improve the effective utilization of internal data resources and promote the rapid and efficient development of enterprises.Finally,enterprises can get unique value in the fierce market competition environment.
