| The rapid development and popularization of the modern information service field has made a variety of interactive services mode into our life. WeChat as a new mode of communication is not only a full of innovative features of mobile applications, to meet the people access to information at the same time, it seems to have become indispensable in people’s daily life tool. In view of the WeCha is the subject of university service users of this emerging media with higher awareness and frequency of use, so University Library as a frontier of information dissemination, have also expanded WeChat service which is a new way, provided better service platform of communication for the user.At present, the research on the WeChat service of university is based on the way of periodicals, and the content is more than the theory based on the lack of actual investigation. Therefore, in this article, reference to domestic and foreign academic circles in the field of customer satisfaction in the study of theoretical basis and evaluation method, on the basis of combining WeChat library service system, designed the WeChat customer satisfaction evaluation index system, and using the method of fuzzy evaluation to university WeChat user satisfaction. The investigation from WeChat has been carried out on the colleges by the service network and the combination of paper-based questionnaire. The fuzzy investigation results have been quantized by the evaluation method of fuzzy survey results. Through the comparison, some suggestions are made for present WeChat services to achieve improvement, which will be as a reference for university library WeChat service. |
