After three rounds of technological innovation on puddling,steelmaking and rolled metal,the Xin Steel company has improved the performance of process,which raised nearly 10 million tons of annual production capacity and increased the railway transformation volume drastically.The previous transformation mode,however,has been unable to undertake the transport task after technological innovation,so more efficient and safe railway freight dispatching and monitoring system,which is suited to the current production capacity,is urgent necessary to solve the problem of transport capacity mismatch and transformation mode discrepancy after the practical application of technological innovation.In this thesis,the development status of railway freight dispatch system is first introduced,and then an in-depth analysis and research about system requirements is made combining the actual situation of Xin Steel company,after which the system is designed.According to overall system design,the selection of hardware structure and equipment type is discussed,and the design of system networking is focused based on the principle that the routing redundancy,link backup and quick recovery of networks have to be guaranteed.The basis of railway transportation is real-time tracking of vehicles and freights.In this thesis,a set of safe and reliable vehicle number identification system,which is composed of railway vehicle number identification equipment and infrared meter capture device,is built to collect the electronic tag information and realize the automatic input and number calibration of vehicles.Meanwhile,the function of railway signal microcomputer interlocking system that is now available in department of transportation of Xin Steel company is integrated and improved seriously,and the information of dynamic vehicles of microcomputer interlocking system is processed,in order to realize the real-time regeneration and query of shunting operation at each station.In addition,the inventory carriage information can be processed timely by proofreading and querying the occupied information of track section.Lastly,the exploitation of macro-function and function of each module of freight dispatching and monitoring system has been completed via hardware and software design and implementation,i.e.,a general information platform is constructed by integrating above-mentioned technology and railway signal technology,to realize the automatic monitoring of dynamic vehicles flow in operation of railway freight dispatching,automatic identification of vehicle number and automatic summary of statistical form.The operation of railway dispatching and monitoring system in this thesis has raised operation time of vehicles and decreased the energy consumption.Besides,the system ensures traffic safety,reduces accident loss,and realizes a safe and highly efficient operation of vehicles,which provides adequate transportation ability for Xin Steel company to build 10 million ton iron and steel enterprise.
