| The bogie bolster springs bear all the load of freight car. The balance of spring-loaded in each group will directly affect operating life and traffic safety of the freight car. Therefore, the quality and performance of bolster spring need to be safeguarded stringently, such as measuring and matching before being assembled. Especially with the railway to the "high speed" and "heavy" direction, the matching requirements for bolster springs have been increased more and more. So, carrying out the automatic detection and matching work for bolster springs has a positive and practical significance and economic benefits.On the basis of summing up and drawing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper designed a set of upper and lower machine management system for bolster spring combined with the practical issues requests. This issue used sensor technology, automatic control theory, and computer technology as the theory guide. The functions of this system include main parameters detection module, model identification module, spring automatic matching module, database management module and other function modules.This paper has mainly carried on the research from the following several aspects in order to realize automatic matching for bolster springs. Firstly, regard the spring's basic situation and the matching rules as the starting point, this paper chooses efficient identify parameter and the detection method for this study. Then, hardware system of the matching device was designed, based on C8051F020 MCU computer system as the lower host processor. In order to achieve parameter detection and model identification, key links included detection, transfer materials, zoning, electrical control, and so on. Subsequently, the upper management software system was established using VisualBasic6.0 software, which focused on the matching algorithms realization of the design of bolster springs. And combined with Microsoft Access2000 database, this system improved the data management functions. The design of this whole system fully takes into account the availability and reliability of matching requirements, which provides very important reference value for other similar management system. |
