Manufacture Of Signal Simulator For Burst Communication System

Signal simulator for burst communication system,is the instrument which can simulate the real burst communication signal in the complex environment.In many electronic tests,signal simulator has helped people improve the efficiency.In the paper,a burst communication system signal simulator has been designed on the basis of a certain institute related project.It has three modulation modes include 2FSK,DSSS-QPSK and PCM/FM,which can simulate the radar signal emission effectively in the real complex environment.First,this paper introduced the research status of signal simulator,and discuss the development of related technology in our country and some advanced countries in the world.Then it described the modulation of the signal simulator by the design requirements,and combined with the function of the system technical indicators,it determined the overall design scheme.Secondly,all kinds of key chip selection,the design and realization of the hardware circuit board have been discussed in detail.The hardware design of the system is the basis for the rest of the signal simulator,includes the parsing and modulation of instruction data based on FPGA(Cyclone IV EP4CE6E22C8),the serial port module which is used for communicate with PC(MAX3232),the DAC circuit module which is used for analog-to-digital conversion(DAC 5686),and the filter circuit and the operation amplifier circuit(OPA695).Thirdly,the paper has also analyzed the software application of the signal simulator,combined with the corresponding hardware,and designed the software program of the whole system,including the PC program which is used for generate the digital instruction data based on the MFC platform and FPGA program the core of the whole system.In the last,the function and performance index of signal simulator were tested and discussed,and a set of emergency communication system signal simulator has been qualified designed.
