Design And Implementation Of The Fast Moving Consumer Goods Enterprise Warehouse Management System

For any company,some of the most important resource: material,talent,capital and information resources management;it's all cannot do without the enterprise management activities.Management activities not only run through a lifeline in the enterprise's whole life,it is also supporting all decision-making activities of enterprises.Therefore,the management work is of great significance to the enterprise,and the purpose of the enterprise management is to enhance its core competitiveness and improve work efficiency.In FMCG enterprises,sales business is the foundation of all business and the core of the company's business.For enterprises,warehousing and logistics activities is mainly to support its marketing,thus it is as equally important as the sales to the company.Warehouse management is to enable managers to use warehouse space more efficiently,provide services for enterprise resource management;it also plan,organize,control and coordinate the activities of goods in warehouses and libraries.Qualified warehousing management needs to ensure the realization of warehouse space;to ensure warehousing equipment and personnel efficient;to ensure timely and supply materials accurate;to ensure the accuracy of storage data security and stability.Through the construction of the warehouse management information system to enhance enterprise internal work efficiency and achieve the goal of effective management;to realize the warehouse management process of intelligent enterprise is an inevitable development means for the enterprises to improve their management form.In this paper,we mainly study the warehouse information system of FMCG enterprise,and select the management information system of the representative enterprise – YiJie Jiangxi warehouse.After investigation,it is found that the existing warehouse information system does not fully support all business needs,and it cannot meet the new requirements in the process of warehousing management.Based on the study of the potential demand of warehouse management in YiJie,it is necessary to analyze and redesign and develop the warehouse management information system which is more in line with enterprise requirements.After referring to the methods of developing and designing information systems at home and abroad,the object-oriented method is used to develop and design the warehouse management information system of this enterprise.First of all,this paper studies the background of the FMCG enterprise,and then summarizes the research of warehouse operation process at home and abroad,mainly including warehouse optimization and warehouse management information system.Then,analyze the current process of the warehouse management information system of the FMCG enterprise.According to its insufficiency,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the warehouse management information system of the FMCG enterprise,including the business process analysis of each subsystem.Based on the previous functional requirements analysis,the warehouse management information system of the enterprise is designed.Finally,the warehouse management information system of the FMCG enterprise is implemented.
