Over recent years, E-commerce has been booming against the tendency of China's macro-economics downturn and still maintains its growth rate steadily,nowadays it also becomes one of the most hottest industries. Premier Li Keqiang referred to “ Efforts should be made to develop E-commerce, " in Government Work Report during the Two Sessions, and also relevant government departments are working on the instructions to industry development related to online shopping. Commerce Department had once set the goal that hopefully the market share of E-commerce would be 5% of total GDP by the end of 2015.Development of E-commcerce has a significant impact on traditional FMCG industry. To welcome this new age, by taking advantage of E-commerce operation mode such as low operation cost and being unlimited to the space and time, how to establish E-commerce platform for FMCG becomes a new industrial subject.From the point view of the design and implement for software system platform, the article gives a comprehensive analysis not only on the influence to traditional FMCG industry by O2 O mode but also on numerious aspects such as E-commerce development trend, opportunities, business mode and so on,combining with practical projects for O2 O E-commerce system development,accordingly comes up with the total solution to the platform technology.At first, this thesis synthetically summarizes the research background for building up FMCG E-commerce platform with O2 O mode, current status of development and relevant technical essentials, and then plans out the entire programs, design and implementation of system platform with the planning thoughts of software engineering. Meanwhile, based on the demand of system building and the basic theory about O2 O E-commerce mode, it also analyzes and brings up with system solutions for FMCG enterprises, such as the structure of regional shops, purchase dispatching, orders processing and the integration of online and offline, etc. In respect of system implementation, this essay elaborates the methods by using Spring MVC framework to the key technical essentials,including membership management, shopping cart, orders processing and so forth.Our goal is to provide with relatively rational total solution for O2O-mode-based E-commerce platform buildup according to the research results of this article.
