With the globalization and diversification of business management, the company’s business processes become more complex, this trend is the impetus for innovation and high-tech applications, all these require us to use a shorter reaction time to proceed more coordination and control of the work.So the importance of information technology becomes more and more obvious.This paper combines X FMCG marketing module, including existing business processes and management models, by analyzing the functional requirements of its marketing management to determine how to base on the SAP system to achieve FMCG marketing management needs; how to base on the SAP system to meet the specific needs of FMCG company’s design and implementation; At the same time, according to FMCG marketing module specific reporting requirements, return requirements and other modules such as financial, material and other modules integrated business demand, we start customized system configuration and development.First, we focus on the marketing management status, Analysis of several major sub-modules and described in detail marketing management ERP system, make it suitable for functional design. Second, we use SAP system to make the system implementation and application. In order to make sure the realization of system availability and practicality, we use a flow chart to describe the function of the way of the system. And at the beginning of the SAP online test system, we collect data, organize and import work. Finally, to the implementation of SAP project management problems and solutions, we describe the project preparatory work and introduce the project implementation team. At the same time, we analyzed specific problems of the process during the implementation of the project and the corresponding solutions after the system on line.Through using SAP system, X FMCG Company truly integrated business and marketing management. Any parts of the business transaction information can be generated and reflect the marketing system in time, On the one hand, we save a marketer repetitive manual labor, on the other hand, it is easy for employee to control the whole business and monitor business. SAP system realized information sharing capabilities within the company or even with external partners. After the general promotion of the system, this system is loved by all customers; the system is running smoothly. This system brings the stable customer and improves the cognition degree and satisfaction of the X FMCG company.
