Discussion On The Transformation And Development Of County Radio And TV Industry Under The New Media Environment

"Triple Play",which takes telecommunication,radio,television and the Internet as the main contents,has made substantial progress in the field of mass media,with the development of network technology changing everyday,and new media springing up and flourishing.County radio and television media is not only the lowest level in the process of "triple play",but also the most basic level of the "four stages" of the country.It shoulders the important responsibility of disseminating information,guiding public opinion and serving the people.It is an important topic for every county level radio and TV media to think deeply about how to cope with the challenge and impact of new media from its own reality and conform to the trend of "triple play".Times New The Hongze radio and television station,in the city of Huaian,as a the mainstream media in less developed areas in northern Jiangsu Province,actively and forwardly,has broadened ideas and accelerated the transformation,in the background of "triple play".But the effect is unsatisfactory.This paper attempts to analyze the Hongze radio and TV station,point out its opportunities and challenges,explore its current situation,analyse its problems and shortcomings,and on this basis,according to the characteristics of the radio and television media,and propose new development proposals for county TV stations,and provide references on transformation and development for the other county television stations in China.
