Electronics and telecommunications industry is the first pillar industry of the processing and manufacturing industry in Shenzhen.Shenzhen is the country's major electronic information industry base,so there are also lots of international trading frictions occurred in the city.Since the implementation of the first measures in December 2008,the EU has introduced a number of product-specific implementation measures,involving household appliances,lighting equipment,consumer electronics,industrial and commercial equipment four categories of products.As many countries all over the world have introduced or revised the efficiency of laws and regulations,standards,labeling,certification and other technical trade measures,product efficiency requirements change frequently,"efficiency barriers" has thus become one of the most prominent technical barriers.At present,Shenzhen has not a system that can query export products laws and regulations,standards and other information.If we can establish a unified international market access system of electronic and telecommunication products,it will escort Shenzhen enterprises entering the overseas market.Through the system,enterprises can find the access information of a target country of a certain product,such as product performance,safety,electromagnetic compatibility,hazardous substances,voltage and frequency,energy efficiency labels,eco-labeling and other product requirements of the regulations,standards and certification information,by only one click.This paper describes the research background and significance,presents the status of domestic and foreign research and development,and clear the research content of the paper.Also,the paper discusses the object-oriented system analysis and design methods and UML(Unified Modeling Language).Starting with the major business process of querying the international market access information of electronic and telecommunications products,this paper uses the object-oriented method to analyze and design the system requirements and models them by UML.The use cases diagram and class diagram of the main business processes are provided.At the same time,the database design and architecture of the international market access system for electronic and telecommunication products are completed.Further,the interface of each functional module is presented.This article is of great practical significance to improve the accuracy of market access information of electronic and telecommunication products,to facilitate enterprise users to inquire into the market access information of electronic products,and to further promote the informatization of the work of the international market access of electronic and telecommunication products in Shenzhen.
