With the gradual development of science and technology,intelligent robot products are entering millions of households.This paper focuses on the research of the conceptual design scheme and the conceptual design of the main components of the market products based on the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process.The paper analyzes the relationship between the conceptual design scheme and the conceptual design,Market-oriented conceptual product design process.The aim is to provide theoretical and data support for the development of home service robot products by manufacturers and product designers,which can shorten the product development and design cycle,improve the production efficiency and the added value of the products,and increase the market competitiveness of the products.The paper collects and studies samples of home service robot products through network platform,physical shop,science and technology exhibition.Mainly to mature market product research as the object,the study of the family service robot products function,shape,color.Then,the fuzzy concept of home service robot product is constructed by combining the weight value or utilization rate of the constructed factor,and then the conceptual design scheme is designed according to the product design theor y.Finally,the product conceptual design decision-making method is compared and a reasonable method is selected to make the final decision-making research.The results show that the conceptual design scheme of home service robot product is more advantageous through market-oriented research,and the rationality of this method is verified by the results of questionnaire.The market-oriented thinking of the paper studies enables designers and producers to control market conditions accurately and help to d evelop and design more market-competitive home-based robotic products.
