The Design And Implementation Of Computer Room Management Information System In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the expansion of the size of a vocational school equipment room,the traditional manual management and maintenance mode has been difficult to adapt to the current business needs,using computer technology,network technology,database technology to develop an information management system to achieve room school room management of information technology imminent.Taking the Beijing Agriculture Vocational College's Computer Room for the application of the object,based on the management of specific aspects of the school room and management,use of information technology for the construction of a modern room management to provide a scientific and practical information management system LAN.Firstly,today's stage school room there are defects analyzed these deficiencies in as the starting point for the construction of key skills system were explained;then combined with the actual development needs room information management,to build the system's main structure.Through analysis of the system,the system is divided into the basic information management,machine class management,equipment maintenance management,system management four functional modules,each functional module to build data use case model to explain the sub-function modules for each use case.Paper design of object-oriented methods a class diagram and sequence diagram of the system,build a basic data of each functional module model,in accordance with sound scientific principles to the overall architecture of the system for layout arrangements to business data model for room management core,erected dedicated database.Use Visual Studio 2012 development platform,using C#language developed based on the B/S mode of room management system,the development of server-side ASP.NET language completed by means of SQL Server 2012 to build the database.The test shows that the development of the set of systems to meet the basic needs of the school room information management,users simply through a browser to access the system,improve flexibility and maintainability.Through the establishment of a vocational school computer room management system,you can manually change the original recording mode to computer management,reducing staff workload,improve work efficiency.
