Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system takes the customer as the core.It effectively improves the relationship between the enterprise and the customer,promotes the enterprise's core competitiveness,and gradually becomes the choice of the computer industry.But there are fewer common products in current computer industry CRM system.What's more,the CRM systems for small and medium-sized enterprises are difficulty to develop.Therefore,how to design and improve the CRM system is an urgent problem,which need to be solved in computer industry.Firstly,this thesis considers four design principles: maintainability,expansibility,easy operation and high safety for designing the CRM system.Combined with the computer industry sales process,the system needs were analyzed.Then,the permissions for system members and the use of functions are divided with the system use case diagram.Based on the results of the needs analysis,the system will be divided into nine functional modules,which includes message management,information management,customer management,contract management,data statistics,financial management,process management and system configuration.Then,the C# development language,SQL SERVER 2008 R2 database,Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 development software are chosen to implement the system function module.Finally,the key modules of the system are tested.and analyzed.The test results show that the CRM system satisfys the needs of computer industry,with clear structure,simple operation,reliable operation,easy maintenance.
