With the rapid development of Internet technology,the gradual decline of traditional Internet PC terminals,the efficient and convenient use of smart phones,which have expended the China's mobile Internet users.Date from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that by the end of 2016,the total number of mobile Internet users in China has reached 1.1 billion,accounting for about 33%of the total number of mobile Internet users all over the world.The mobile utilization ratio of Chinese netizens is more than 96%,but the network video user scale reached 75.2%.Major breakthroughs of user adoption have been made by using mobile phone networks to watch video.Compared with previous years,the total number of users reached 565 million and increased by 2,536,which increased by 5.1%.The progress of network technology and the rapid development of 4G Internet have led to the development of the short video industry that has sprung up in the last two years.In the past,video has more requirements for network flow and video quality,but short video has directly solved the problem of network flow,becoming the most popular form of video in the network.In the future,the size of 4G users will continue to expand,which will provide a broader development space for the development of video.As can be seen from the development of the Internet,mobile Internet changes very fast,but the age of the Internet also has the principle of survival of the fittest,mobile Internet must adapt to the era of the development of the individual to gain the chance of survival.This is also true of mobile short video.On the one hand,the short features of video meet the users' fragmented needs,it can capture the scene conveniently and fastly.However,with the proliferation of short video,short video content starts to lack quality control.Due to different shooting angles,the authenticity of video content is questionable.How can mobile short video give full play to its advantages and occupy a place in the market?How can we launch more content that meets the actual needs of the public?How can short videos spread and promote more effectively?How can short videos improve competitiveness?For these problems,the author hopes that this paper can provide reference for the development and research of mobile short video industry in Chinese related fields.Now,the UGC model is very popular in domestic mobile short video industry.On this background,The author collects relevant authoritative literature and report of domestic mobile short video industry,author also uses quantitative and qualitative methods to explore and analyze the industry field.In this paper,we study the short videos in UGC environment.Through comprehensive screening,17 short video apps and platforms with relatively strong strength in domestic mobile short video industry are selected.Through comprehensive screening,17 short video apps and platforms with relatively strong strength in domestic mobile short video industry are selected.This paper analyzes the three aspects which include the content production,the media communication methods and the profit pattern of mobile short video.From the research on mobile short video APP,we found the advantages of short mobile video.For example,the content is easy to generate,the communication channel is wide.But there are also many deficiencies,such as the content is miscellaneous,the content quality is not high.In this paper,the future development trend is pute forward,and a case study of the matrix model of technology is carried out to study the application of mobile short video in practice.This paper studies the content and function of mobile short video,and summarizes the current status of mobile short video.A SWOT analysis of the development status of APP and traditional video website of video APP and the APP of video has been selected,which has been found to be a contributing factor to the development of video.Through the analysis of the current situation of mobile short video,the current situation of mobile short video APP is analyzed.This paper summarizes the following three optimization strategies:Improving the content value to optimize the content quality of video.Expanding the distribution of content to develop diversified mobile short video platform;Stimulating entrepreneurial content to enhance the development of mobile short video vertical field.With the support of the smart phone,short video has become the most promising industry.Its commercial value is unpredicted and unpredictable.I hope the author can analyze the current situation of the mobile short video and provide the optimization strategy for mobile short video industry for the mobile short video industry,which will provide a new reference for the development of video industry.
