China is a big manufacturing country,with various industries and scales,but it also has its own obvious shortcomings.Most of enterprises are in the early automated stage of improvingquality andcontrolling cost.How to make sound economic sense with the lowest cost is still a problem.In order to upgrade the automation level of each industry,the government has put forward a serried of policies.Even so,there're a lot of problems on the way to the realize intelligent manufacturing,we are still seeking for the solution.This thesis analyzes the development of production process management system at home and abroad,and finds that the production process management system for SMT process is rare.If the general software is used in the market,it is necessary to adjust and modify,which will increase the cost and workload.So we take SMT production as research objects and Jiewei Electronics as the pilot units.We research on the problems in respect of material management and production process management.Corrective actions are taked based on the actual conditions.Bar-code technology is used to manage the plan,product,material and equipments,what makes it possible that data from every ink could be collected into the system.Thus,the thing networking could be realized,it will improve the rate of data entry and reduce the error probability by manually operating.The architecture of the model is divided into five levels:representation layer,interface layer,business layer,support layer and data layer.The system contains six functional modules:system management,business managent,order management,pre-production management,production management,bar code management.The production process management system follows the principles of openness,reliability,usability.In the development process,we use UML tools to analyze the requirements,business processes and functions,with heavy use of case figures,sequence diagram,analyse the processes of SMT and MI.The operation system is completed with JAVA language and achieved based on the Spring MVC framework.We develop front end with VC++,JSP language.
