The topographic characteristic of alpine valleys is conducive to the building of the arch dam in the southwest.Since the building of ertan arch dam(240m),a group of 300 m high arch dam is built,such as Laxiwa arch dam(250m),Xiaowan arch dam(292m),Xiluodu arch dam(285.5m)and Jinping?arch dam(305).Arch dams belong to space elastic shell,of which the geometry and stress boundary conditions are very complicated.It is difficult to calculate the real stress of arch dam using the precise mathematical model.The strain gauge(strain gauges)is usually installed to measure concrete strain in engineering practice.And the concrete stress can be calculated based on the concrete strain.It is complex to sort the strain gauge monitoring data.Further,it is difficult to calculate the stress artificial in a short period of time.In recent years,a new modified combination structure of strain gauges is proposed in the engineering practices of Xiluodu and Xiaowan high arch dams.In this paper,according to the modified combination structure of strain gauges,the theory of elastic mechanics and the concrete creep stress calculation method are analyzed deeply.The spatial stress calculation method and the data management of strain gauge are studied in detailed.The main contents are as follows:1.The mathematical model of principal stress in stress space is studied,aiming at the new modified combination structure of strain gauges.By using the classical theory of elastic mechanics,the optimal calculation model of the creep stress is deduced adopting the deformation method(relaxation method).2.The system logic structure of data management and analysis software is studied.The concepts of application layer and data layer are proposed.The system module and functional design are put forward.Function modules are developed,including system management,monitoring system management,data management,stress strain transformation,graphic plotting,document management and help document.3.System development process is studied,consisting of derivation of stress calculation model,development of stress calculation program as well as the design and development of database.The application code of the data processing model is coded by Delphi 2007,in which model the measured stress can be calculated by measured strain.The relational database of strain gauge measurement data is established.The dynamic data exchange technology is studied by DDE.So,it's convenient to exchange data between the application program and other commercial software such as Microsoft Office.The application program is developed by Delphi 2007;part of the application code(such as linear equation of matrix)is coded by the adaption of existing program.The data processing model can be used to calculate and analyze the measured stress of arch dam,because the model can deal with the stress strain monitoring data automatically.On the basis of study and development above,the stress analysis software of modified combination structure of strain gauges is designed and realized.
