The Design And Implementation Of Telecom Billing Management System

This thesis discusses the design and implementation of telecommunication user management system based on B/S network application structure with software engineering theories.Written in Java,this system employs classic MVC design pattern and Spring MyBatis as framework,Tomcat as Web server MyEclipase 10 as developing tools.It also uses JSP dynamic pages technique,JavaScript,Ajax JQuery as frontend techniques and Oracle as backend database.By dividing core modules and determining their relationships,a total design is formed.QA and testing plan is determined by functions of each module and all modules are tested for best optimization.Bill management module manages users' bill information;bill account system manages users' accounts while business account system manages users' business.Each user has only one business account,which is bound to their ID card number.Under the bill account,more than one business account is allowed to exist.Role and administrator management module is used to determine user privileges to the system.Each administrator has the different roles,i.e.,different management privileges.After logging in,different modules can be accessed based on user privileges.With this telecommunication user management system,users' bill information and their other information can be managed in the unified way.
