With the development of science and technology and social economy,radio communication equipment and a substantial increase in the number of species,the environment becomes more and more complex,make the radio spectrum is becoming more and more crowded,resource monitoring and management brought new difficulties and new spectrum control,as an important part of the management of the radio frequency spectrum of the wireless spectrum is limited,reasonable protection and management of resources,effective management and monitoring,ensure better Wireless Communication Anti-jamming stable,illegal command..In order to efficient,rational use of the limited spectrum resources,guarantee the normal operation of the various radio communication services,the construction of radio monitoring network,it is particularly important to strengthen the radio electromagnetic spectrum management.The radio spectrum resource management is the main responsibility of the radio management.The frequency distribution and maintenance is the main job of spectrum resource management,mainly based on the implementation of the radio spectrum resource management is the results of the monitoring,radio monitoring results for control of radio spectrum for radio.The radio spectrum resources is an important national strategic resource,in order to protect the good,good management,good use of the limited spectrum resources,there is an urgent need to strengthen the management of spectrum resources.Therefore,it is necessary to study the distribution of spectrum resources,management and control.This idea comes from the radio electromagnetic spectrum management summary.Thinking about some of the problems encountered in the work in the radio monitoring and control and other aspects of the status and problems of the characteristics,radio electromagnetic spectrum management,puts forward and proves the feasibility of scheme.In this paper,the present situation and problems of radio monitoring system are analyzed,and the following research work is carried out based on the basic principle of spectrum monitoring and control:1,the radio spectrum monitoring is studied,the contents,the work flow and the direction finding technology are discussed,and the examples of a portable monitoring system are also given.2,the radio spectrum management and control of the research,given the system model,modular design and monitoring database establishment and maintenance,in addition to control the use of warning and suppression and other means.The radio monitoring system is faced with the problem of electromagnetic environment is complex and diverse,there are a large number of direction finding antenna,and the interference source location accuracy and effective monitoring database maintenance,greatly limits the radio spectrum monitoring and management system towards a more efficient,standardized,intelligent direction of development.Therefore,aiming at these problems,this paper adopts the administrative management and intelligent technology to combine the design method,a radio monitoring and intelligent control system,realizes the accurate estimation of radiation source,the interference source location and the effective interference source electromagnetic compaction of purpose.Through the implementation of radio monitoring network control among multiple monitoring stations monitoring real-time data exchange and sharing.In addition,according to the actual demand of the system function modules,each module mutual connection of mutual influence,while the design of the process monitoring database establishment and maintenance of a set of standardized,radio monitoring and management system to achieve more efficient,unified,standardized reference model and strong technical support.
