Designing And Realization Of Integrated Management System For Libraries Of Institute Of High Learning Based On The B/S Structure

With the deepened reform and four overalls,domestic economy has seen a great boom in the past decades.In turn,the state also expands the investment in education of institutes of high learning.As one of the key departments in colleges,libraries also entered a new period of reform as a “golden decade”.besides,development of computers and network also made it necessary for the libraries in colleges to be reformed or changed.With the change from traditional libraries to automatic ones,and even to present digital libraries,an entire new mode of libraries have caught people's eyes.After careful research and study of libraries in institutes of high learning,under the requirement and specialty of librarian management,a new software of digital management system known as B/S structure is designed and is also utilized.This system combines system sitting,circular management,readers management and information management in one body so as to realize the transformation of college libraries into cyberization.Considering the popularity and safety of SQL Sever,this system uses SQL Sever 2012 as rare database.Of them,the systematic management part covers librarians' settlement,circulation management part covers borrowing and returning of books,readers' management part covers adding,modifying and deleting information of concerned readers,books management part mainly covers the storage and protection of books,while the book-searching part covers the survey the information of books in the libraries.This system not only has the advantage of meeting the need of routines of libraries,but also can help with the co-operation among institutes of high learning with the environment high-speed network and cloud computing.This paper present the such advantages as safety,expansion,being on line with web server and easy to operate.It will benefit readers of libraries by raising the efficiency of librarians.
