The Design And Implement Of Library Managemental System EPR

Our school has a small library. It always uses the traditional hand-writtenmanagement mode. Recently, the number of books is increasing, and the number of thestudents is growing, but because of the preparation and institutional reasons, themembers of librarians are not added. In this case, the old management is veryunscientific and easy to make faults, but also the existing library personnel are notcompetent. Thus, it is imminent to develop a library management system. Schoolacademic departments asked me to develop a library management system for my school.ERP system, a management database. Library managemental system is a databasemanagemental system developed by the Visual Basic6.0.The basic steps of the designand development of the system are requirements analysis, system concepts, systemdesign, system implementation and system testing. In this thesis, I analysis all kinds ofthe data using the data flow, the functional structure diagram of the system, ERPdiagram. The system uses a modular design, it tells the designs and the targets of everyfunction modules. In the design of the database table, I have sought to design simplyand practical. However, in the specific implementation of the system, I draw theindividual forms of interface design meticulously, the preparation of the correspondingevent and design code, in order to achieve the use of various functional modules form.This system introduced the concept of the ERP system, it get to manage the libraryinformation, the main function is to manage the matters about the readers, books,borrowing, returning, extended lists, library fines and so on. The structure of the systemis divided into the Library and information management module, Books Logisticsmanagement module, Workflow management module and Log Management Module.Workflow management section has two functions: entry, deletes, modify and queryreaders information; reader types (such as readers level, the numbers of books can beborrowed, renewals times) set. Books logistics management is the main module of thesystem, it mainly includes borrowing, returning, extended list, book storage and bookfines modules. Library and information flow modules include the functions of the bookinformation processing and classification of books. So, the system is not complicated, the main problem is the use of keywords to query the database.lthough the design is simple, but the system is high practical and fully functional, itis simple to use. So general schools can fully utilize this system for library managementsystem.
