Design And Implementation Of One-stop Approval System Based On ASP.NET

With the continuous development of computer technology,the government departments are also in the continuous realization of electronic information management,office automation,but the approval process is still on paper,in order to ease the contradiction,the realization of a one-stop approval system to become an urgent need to solve the problem.Based on ASP.NET,a one-stop approval system is the government departments a series of examination and approval services together,the use of computer technology will approve the work of electronic,automation,online application,online approval and other functions,to avoid the traditional approval process efficiency and error prone,improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval for the public to provide efficient and convenient services.This system is easy to operate,the business process is clear and controllable,and it can be used as the key point of the design.It analyzes the process of examination and approval.A one-stop approval system to achieve the online management of user information and information processing approval,approval,convenient user query.The system includes user management,examination and approval management,query management,bulletin management,feedback management five modules,more enough to meet the business needs of the Department for examination and approval,has greatly improved the speed of data processing by the use of computer,the research results:(1)the one-stop approval system,for the user to provide faster and more convenient approval services,and more fair,open and transparent environmental approval.(2)based on the traditional examination system,increase the user feedback module,user query information more abundant,more effective supervision system.At the same time,in the development of the front-end interface,fully consider the friendly interface,improve the user experience.This paper first introduces the research significance and background of the ASP.NET based system,analyzes the status of a one-stop approval system,and points out the problems that need to be solved in the system.And then to the.NET technology,Server SQL technology,C#platform and other technical support for a detailed introduction,in order to have a basic understanding of the technology used in this paper.A further understanding of the system's function and structure,detailed description of the system of administrative examination and approval of the database,including the basic data table,database connection,core data table E-R diagram,and the database table structure description,through the analysis of the function of a station type approval system to determine the system's main use cases.
