Now the Internet is developing rapidly, it can cover all aspects of life, all can save the mechanical operation of human labor and even complex calculation c an be solved by computer technology, information computing has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people. At the same time, the environmental protection of construction projects has become the key points of environmental protection in the maintenance of ecological balance, maintaining social stability and promoting the development of urban construction. However, there is not a complete set of system for the examination and approval of construction projects in Harbin city.By of approval management system requirements and technical feasibility, I decided to use B/S architecture, the main use of the WebService, Java EE technology to design and implement that can be applied in e-government intranet and extranet system call data examination and approval system.Examination and approval management system is a "one stop" system to address the approval process and it can do more to import. The main problem of the system is to design a functional approval system that can provide from the reporting to the approval, approval, the end of the detailed operation, to achieve a large number of data, upload and download, it can copes with high concurrent user login, in addition to the functional requirements of the system, the management is essential; in order to give leadership to provide decision-making support, also designed the project’s query statistics. According to the system to solve the problem, the use of B/S architecture to achieve the full Harbin City Environmental Protection Bureau of the operation, the use of Spring technology to ensure the independence of the data, the project file and the one one corresponding to the construction project, the front interface with UI Kendo framework, the use of more friendly. Database using Mongo DB non relational database, it storage data flexibly.In this paper, the design and implementation of the system are given, and the related calls are described in the way of the text description. In the test section, the deployment environment and the final test result are described. The f unction and performance requirements of the examination and approval management system are proved through the analysis of the test results. In the end, the paper summarizes the results of the research in the development process, and puts forward the furthe r improvement direction of the examination and approval management system. |
