Research And Development Of Integrated Control System For Electromagnetic Braille Point Display

China is the largest number of blind people in the world,accounting for 21% of the total number of blind people in the world.Therefore,in order to improve the whole culture of the blind,help them understand the world and contact the society,it is necessary to develop an electromagnetic Braille display device suitable for the blind.The control system of the electromagnetic Braille display device is divided into two parts,the hardware and the software.The main work of hardware is to design functional circuits and set up a platform for software service.The essence of software is the current signal,which controls the operation of the register through the control of the register,and uses the current signal to control the interruption of the logic circuit,and controls the hardware work through the logic level.The hardware of the second generation electromagnetic Braille display device is mainly composed of a step-down circuit,a key download circuit,a liquid crystal display circuit,a SD card storage module,a keypad circuit,a voice broadcast module,a 120 Braille dots matrix driving module,and an external Flash storage module.The design of the circuit board is completed by Altium Designer software.At the same time,each functional module is integrated together,and finally the mechanical structure of the Braille display device can be driven independently through the software.In order to verify the stability of Braille display device hardware design and software design,carry out the test,the input voltage and input current with the power size and the first generation of Braille display device contrast experiment,LED simulation experiment and the whole control system to exchange feedback experimental school of Braille,the final feasibility of the whole system is analyzed.Finally,the whole paper is summarized and prospected.
