Braille display is a mechanical and electrical integration product for blind people to read Braille information.Since the first Braille reading device was created by British scholars at the beginning of the 20 th century,the Braille point display driver technology and the whole synthesis technology have been developed rapidly,which has also become a popular research in the field of Braille refreshable display.The point display drive device is one of the core components of the Braille point display device,and it is also the power of the whole device.The organic fusion of point display driver and controller constitutes the main body of Braille point display.In order to make it easy for blind people to carry and read,Braille spot display devices are required to have the characteristics of small size,light weight,easy to carry,high deformation accuracy,fast refresh speed,sensitive response,stable display,low power consumption and no excessive heat generation,which also increases the technical complexity of Braille spot display devices.Based on the research work of the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "Theory Design and Key Technology Research of Piezoelectric Driven Gas Flexible Driver(51705031)" and Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Department's Outstanding Youth Talent Fund project " refreshable",this paper presents a Piezoelectric driving fluid flexible braille point display device using double piezoelectric wafer "ten" rectangular piezoelectric oscillator as driving force source and using fluid displacement amplified flexible film to realize flexible driving display.The flexible braille point display device(hereinafter referred to as " related theory of piezoelectric flexible point display device "),and the corresponding structural form is designed,and the related dynamic analysis,simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out.The main contents of this paper are:1.through reading a lot of literature,this paper analyzes the research significance,research course and research status of Braille spot display,and puts forward a new Braille spot display device based on the main driving mode and structural advantages and disadvantages of Braille spot display at home and abroad.2.designed a "ten" font piezoelectric oscillator,using elastic mechanics theory to model and analyze the dynamic morphology of piezoelectric oscillator under the condition of intermediate fixed support.the impedance characteristics and natural frequency of the "ten" font piezoelectric oscillator were measured by impedance analyzer,and compared with the theoretical analysis,the correctness and rationality of the theoretical analysis were verified.3.design and optimize the piezoelectric flexible point display device,including the design of core parts,the selection of materials,the realization of contact flexible display,the design of shell structure,etc.,the prototype of piezoelectric flexible point display device is manufactured according to the mechanism of fluid-solid coupling.4.analyzing the vibration of the flexible film,the expression of the free vibration frequency is derived from the free vibration equation by converting the Laplace separation variable into the Bessel function.Then the theoretical analysis of the excitation element is carried out from the angle of energy conservation,and the amplitude expression is derived.Finally,according to the structure of the device,the dynamic equation of the prototype is constructed and the mechanism of displacement amplification is explained.5.the test and evaluation of the piezoelectric flexible spot display device are carried out,and the experimental verification is carried out on the basis of theory,and the influence of the parameters such as fluid cavity size,contact hole size and shape,piezoelectric oscillator size and so on on on the spot display effect of the flexible spot display device is investigated.Experiments show that the optimized piezoelectric flexible point display device can effectively amplify the vibration output displacement,but the contact formation height of the device is small,while the dynamic stimulation can be effectively formed in the resonant state of the system,and the finger can obviously perceive the contact.
