The Control System Development Of Braille-learning Machine With Visual Auditory And Tactile Perception

Braille is an important medium for visually impaired people to learn cultural knowledge,master employment skills,and improve quality of life.However,currently 90%of the 17 million visually impaired people in China do not know Braille,which severely restricts the living standards and work employment of this large group.The Braille learning machine can help blind people learn and master braille quickly,conveniently and efficiently,improve the ability of the blind to read braille,and benefit the majority of the blind.This paper focuses on developing a control system of braille learning machine with visual,auditory and tactile perception.The main contents are:Integrated circuit design of braille learning machine with visual,auditory and tactile perception:1)with the main control chip of STM32F103ZET6,design the main control circuit of the braille learning machine,including power circuit,program downloading circuit external storage circuit and so on;2)based on TFTLCD liquid crystal screen,HKUST XFS5152 voice chip and 120 electromagnetically driven braille contacts,design the visual,listening and tactile presentation control circuit of the braille learning machine,including liquid crystal display circuit,voice broadcast circuit,braille contact drive circuit and so on;3)draw the PCB of the integrated circuit to complete the functional design of the PCB.The design of file management system of braille learning machine:1)based on the FATFS file format,implement SD card file management,including SD card directory traversal,SD card file reading and so on.2)based on the keys of the braille learning machine,implement file traversal,page turning and bookmarking functions;3)propose an alignment algorithm for common text and braille to achieve the synchronization of visual display of common text and braille tactile display;4)complete the functional test of the file management system.System design of braille learning machine with visual,auditory and tactile perception:1)analyze needs of braille learning machine and improve the three functional modules of the braille learning machine with visual,auditory,and tactile perception;2)propose a complete set of braille learning machine man-machine interaction programs to facilitate blind autonomy operation;3)test and improve the key function of the braille learning machine,and put forward the possible problems of software and hardware when the braille learning machine works.Performance test of braille learning machine with visual,auditory and tactile perception:1)do the performance test and analysis of integrated circuit when the braille learning machine is working;2)performance test of alignment algorithm designed for ordinary text and braille synchronous display;3)performance test of man-machine interactive program of braille learning machine;4)do braille teaching tests and evaluate user experience.
