Design And Implementation Of The System Of Teaching Archives Management In Colleges And Universities Based On MVC Framework

Teaching archives,as the memory of the university cultural deve lopment and the representative of teachers` wisdom,are the core component of the university document archives,and teaching archives management is also an important work of the university teaching management.After one university upgrading to a four-year university,the number of students has increased three times,the rapid expansion of the teaching scale,and diversified teaching development has also led to the increasingly complexity of teaching archives management.The existing teaching archives are on ly storage in the "basket" type of archiving system which is standalone version of the university archives management system,and it extremely compress the functioning in the university.Based on the common problem faced by most universities,I propose the solution of ASP.NET MVC framework teaching archives management system.For that,the existing system`s problem,like low utilization of the system,low safety,irregular classification,weak processing capacity and bad extensibility,can be solved.By consulting a large number of literature,I have understand the situation of teaching archives management system in universities at home and abroad.At the same time,I investigated one applied-university,and found out the defect of its teaching archives management system.Then I analyzed the functional requirement and technical process of the system,and I combined the ASP.NET MVC development framework with B/S framework to design the system.The functional performance,control and data can be separated by using MVC design mode,which makes the procedure module independent,enhances the expansibility and makes it more easier for the maintenance.Secondly,the teaching archives can be saved in binary processing by using SQL SERVER data base,which makes the archives safer.And the users name and password can be saved in the data base by using MD5 encryption algorithm.By using B/S framework,the users can access the system anytime through the Explorer,which solves the network sharing problem exited before.And by using users permission system,the users permission can be rationally distributed,which ensures the maximum operating and sharing of users permission.In addition,course basic documents(such as teaching plan and instructional program)can be typed in only by duplicate checking,which avoids sharing low quality archives and enhances the utilizability of the system.Base on the software engineering methods,I analyzed the functional requirement of the system by investigating one university`s situation,and I draw a use-case-diagram.And I design the the flow chart the the key functional modules according to the functional requirement.Then I allocate the functional modules of different permission users by analyzing the business need of different users.When I determine the system functional framework,I design the system.When the functions of the system are realized one by one,according to the design plan,I will provide the screenshot of the implementation of various functions.Finally,I will check whether the all functions are fully realized,whether it can be implemented correctly and correct the existing errors.According to the system test,it is proved that the system is stable,easy to maintain and expand.ASP.NET MVC based teaching archives mana gement system makes it possible that the university`s teaching archives management can be optimized in a omnidirectional way,with high utilization,data security,clear classification and process specification.
