| As the rapid development and popularity of computer technology in each sector,it has become more important to manage archives in school by computer. Our school has been managing archives manually, which has disadvantages of time-consuming, easy to make error and low efficiency. Those have dissatisfied the improving daily needs of archives management. Designing and developing an archives management system for teaching will enhance the levels on standardization, modernization and informatization of archives management in school and build a paperless school.This article is to expatiate and explain this subject above from six kinds of aspects,which are design background, needs analysis,system function design,database design, system running and summary&outlook. The whole system is constructed by varies of modules, such as file editing, file search, file review, archives combination, submit application, view application and my collection etc. Teaching archives management system is built on the base of the object oriented database of Delphi and SQL Sever. The module design and operation procedure of the system fully satisfy users’needs and the actual operation process. This system application will optimize the campus teaching archives management completely. It will have the teaching archives managed comprehensively, documents search be faster, management be more efficient. And it will finally promote and develop the teaching archives management system. |
