Research And Development Of Intelligent Residential Property Management Information System

The community intelligence is to safeguard people's life safety and comfort, it has become an important part of the intelligent community. And intelligent village is connected residential area property management system, the related property and the owner of the link is to build the bridge for normal operation of the whole village, and how to run more intelligent residential property is a hotspot of current property management. Intelligent property management system, including intelligent property cost management, automatic vehicle monitoring, management, video intercom, home security, magnetic door, public broadcasting, the construction of the system development mainly includes the backstage database front-end, maintenance, and system function module, the two aspects of the key of efficient utilization of system data must request to establish the strong data,consistency,integrity and security. Therefore, from the technical research and meet people for the requirement of intelligent residential area, the development of intelligent property management system is very necessary.Based on this, the paper studies the intelligent residential area property management at Jiangmen City. First, this paper discusses the intelligent village renovation and the necessity of intelligent property; Second, the intellectual property management system based on the analysis of the feasibility and requirements, complete the overall architecture of intelligent residential area property management system design and key technologies involved in the study; Then, based on modular design method, using MS SQL Server2008 database management system and Java development system of intelligent property management system is developed, and the floor is the basic information, system management authority. Function module, setting forth the; finally, completed the system reliability and integrity testing, lays the foundation for this system promotion in Jiangmen city. Research shows that this intellectual property management system can satisfy the intelligence needs of residents, community workers and administrators, improve the level of property management and work efficiency, has very good application prospect.
