With the increase of wireless network bandwidth and the popularity of mobile terminal devices,the remote video surveillance system which based on wireless network and mobile devices has gradually become a new direction of video surveillance industry.Compared to the wired network and PC-based traditional local surveillance system,the wireless mobile terminal surveillance system is more flexible and diverse.Users can use mobile phones,tablets or any other mobile terminals wherever they have network signals(WIFI,3G,4G)to view the video content of the surveillance area at any time and place.But this active surveillance method still has a significant drawback:the needs for artificial distinction between the police,once missed a period of surveillance video,maybe miss some important contents.This paper studies the design and implementation of the server and client of the wireless video surveillance system,and on this basis,combining the active infrared emitter sensor and infrared pyroelectric sensor into the video surveillance system,using cellphone SMS and BLE wristband to alarm user,and finally realized remote wireless video surveillance and real-time abnormal alarm.The system mainly composes of four parts:1)Supervision terminal,using active infrared monitoring method to achieve abnormal alarms,then the alarms will be transmitted through audible and visual alarm and GSM SMS mode.In addition,the controller also can control camera target conversion.2)Server terminal,surveillance video acquisition,coding,transmission,and camera control instructions transfer.3)Mobile terminal,including two APPs,Supervision App and Wristband App.Supervision App mainly implements the functions of surveillance system login and related parameters configuration,video decoding,real-time receiving and displaying,playback control,and the controlling of camera and so on,while Wristband App implements the procedure of BLE between cellphone and wristband and transmission of alarm information.4)Wristband terminal,display the alarm message transmitted from cellphone,and give an alarm to user by a long-time shaking.The remote surveillance and alarming system designed in this paper has completed the test in the practical application scene.First of all,the function of the four parts of the system is verified to meet the design requirements.And then,the system performance such as the network connections stability,video data transmission integrity,network transfer delay,controller operation success rate,abnormal alarm success rate all reach the requirements.The result shows that the network abnormal disconnection rate is less than 5%,the video transmission loss of data is less than 0.5%,the average transmission delay of video data is kept within 3s,the success rate of mobile terminal controlling operation is 100%and the average success rate of infrared alarm is over 90%,and the alarm latency of wristband is kept within 2s,all the indicators meet the design requirements.
