With the arrival of large data age,the role of data for the enterprise is becoming more and more important.The database which is the main carrier of the current data also plays a very important role in this age.How to manage the data efficiently will be the development direction of the future database applications.In this thesis,a database system has been designed for the management and production operation of the main hood equipment which is controlled by the unified electronic control system.To achieve a certain degree of integration of data resources and for the upper and lower users to share,the data for effective screening mining analysis,access to some reference value of information,in order to improve the management of decision-making efficiency and accuracy.Firstly,this thesis first summarizes the current status of data management under the unified control system platform of tobacco machinery,and expounds the importance of using database technology and data mining technology to data management.The author also analyzes the key theory,design method of database technology and BP neural network model with its algorithm realization process.Then,the classification of data and the function of the smoke equipment database system are determined according to the data of the main hood equipment which is controlled by the unified electronic control system and the data demand of the equipment operator.Designing the database system software structure,data communication between human-computer interaction interface and Oracle database&PLC control side TwinCAT.Finally,based on the Oracle 11g database platform,the data requirements are transformed into database models that can be created by the database management system.The conceptual design,logical design and physical design of the smoke machine equipment database system are carried out,and the basic database of the database system is set up to realize the structured management of the data.The man-machine interface design and database system functions are realized by Using Visual Basic.NET development software.In the interface program,it establishes communication with PLC control side TwinCAT and Oracle database,and realizes data reading and writing.The data analysis module is designed by using BP neural network data analysis technology,and the equipment data management module,production material data management and basic data maintenance and security protection module are designed.The database system of tobacco machine equipment designed in this thesis has realized the basic data management,process production data management and basic data analysis of the main cigarette machine equipment.In order to speed up the effective management and construction of flue gas equipment data,it has laid a certain foundation.
