Design And Implementation Of Colleges And Universities Information Integrated Management System Based On SpringMVC

Universities are the cradle of science and technology as well we the site gathering elites.With the rapid development of the society,education policies of higher education are keeping improving continuously.University organizations previously were limited to certain teaching and scientific research activities,but they are gradually developing into the industry-university-research cooperation site fully covering technology R&D,technology management on the basis of teaching and scientific research.In the process of introducing the informatization management system,our university would include factors of student enrollment,student status,course,teaching qualifications,teaching evaluation and quality assessment into the management system,in order to improve the management efficiency of department and colleges.With the expansion of operation scale and the development of the management technology,the original information management system could hardly satisfy current demands.To promote the development of informatization and digital campus,it must re-construct the information management system.This paper designed and architected a university information integrated management system using the Spring framework as the core,and the MVC,UML,PowerDesigner,MySQL,and MyBatis technologies in order to achieve intelligent and standardized management as well as improve management efficiency and utilization.The paper analyses demand throughing research of university information management system.Employed development technologies related to university information systems to divide the management system into the following functional modules:System Management,Office Management,Student Affairs Management,Personnel Management,Financial Management,Educational Administration,and Personal Portal.Considering Web applications' requirements on data transmission and response time,etc.,the system architecture is divided into four layers,i.e.,presentation layer,business layer,access layer and data layer;meanwhile,the request distribution and business process are designed and the request data and response data are enveloped with the MVC and Spring framework,and the MyBatis framework is used on the data access layer.Based on the original management system,the new university information integrated management system suits the trend of university development and applies advanced technologies such as the Spring framework into an actual project,providing technical support and guidance for system development.Although the system is far from perfect,it improves the efficiency of daily information management for the university and has significant practical value.
