LED lighting technology in both life and production are playing its high brightness,energy saving and other excellent features,human production and life more and more inseparable from the LED.For LED lighting to work stably and safely,it requires a reliable drive of the power supply.In particular,high-power LED lighting products must be stable supply of current in order to give full play to the advantages of brightness,high efficiency.This article aims at the 200W multi-output LED lighting drive current power supply system must meet the high efficiency requirements,after the camparing different ciruit modules and topological structures,finally choose the appropriate circuit driven structure.First,this paper introduce the general techniques and structures of PFC,after the camparing of different ciruit modules and topological structures,finally choose the Boost PFC circuit working in boundary conduction mode,and calculate the circuit parameters.Second,after comparing traditional hard switching and soft switching,this paper combine the requirement of a 200W high powe LED driver,finally choose the LLC resonant converter,which has two both the advantages and calculate the circuit parameters.Based on theoretical analysis,a two-stage numerical control LED driver including PFC and digital controlled current balancing for multi-output LLC resonant converter were designd and analyzed.The result of the experiment also prove the rationality and validity of this project's design.
