The Design And Implementation Of The Examination And Approval Administrative System Of Basic Level Unit

Approval is one of the functions of the government,and its position is very important,because it is not only a basic function of the government,but also an image window of the government's external service.In a modern society increasingly developed,people continue to accelerate the pace of life,competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,the traditional government approval system in the society under the mode of increasing shortcomings,such as the processing time is too long,complicated links etc..In order to meet the needs of the general public to change and improve the efficiency of the government,the reform of government approval system is indeed necessary.With the development of the times and the progress of the electronic information technology,the government's examination and approval function has begun to change,and it is necessary to keep pace with the trend of the information age and move towards the direction of e-government.In this paper,the basic administrative units of government approval management system,using B/S mode,based on the Visual Studio 2015.NET platform development,using ASP.Net,C# and SQL Server 2005 database technology.The main object of the system service is the basic administrative unit,the system function mainly concentrates in the user role management,the government affairs examination and approval,the information public browsing,the backstage system management and so on several aspects.The use of this system can effectively improve the efficiency of the administrative examination and approval of the grass-roots administrative units,convenient and fast to the grass-roots staff from the traditional government approval.Therefore,the design of the system is in line with the needs of the development of the trend of the times,and plays an important role in the current e-government information management.The subject uses object-oriented design ideas to develop and practice,mainly completed the following aspects:1 the system is a combination of the traditional government unit approval management of multiple aspects,and its organic combination,together constitute a whole,forming a government management system.2 in this article,the requirements of the system,design and how to realize the detailed analysis and introduction,which also involves a lot of object-oriented technology.3 the use of the system in the grass-roots administrative units,the realization of the basic administrative units for the approval of government management and the integration of other related systems within the unit.
