With the development of knowledge economy and economic globalization,intellectual property is a core element in the international competitiveness,especially the patent right has a great effect on the development of the enterprise and the state.In order to enhance the enthusiasm of the inventor,the patent subsidy scheme is introduced,but the information scheme is not provided,so the efficiency is low.In order to solve the problem,the patent subsidy reporting system is introduced.The construction scheme of patent subsidy reporting system consists of technical selection,requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.The system is implemented by JAVA language,the My Eclipse platform is used to develop code,the SQL Server2012 database is used to store the patent grant reporting information,and the SMS technology is used to send aid application approval results.Based on the communication with staff,the system requirement is certain which consists of patent applications,patent grant approval,patent subsidy payment,statistical andanalysis,and safety management module,the non functional requirements are certain.Based on requirement scheme,the system design is completed which consists of module division,function design.On the basis of the design scheme,the patent subsidy reporting system is implemented.After the completion of patent subsidy reporting system,the patent subsidy reporting system has been tested.The patent sponsorship reporting system is easy to use and safe.At present,the patent subsidy reporting system has been put on the line,and the system improve patent subsidy management level.
