| Private charter and business charter aviation are increasingly being recognized and carry favor with domestic consumers,the flight industry in recent years can be regarded as in a golden period of high growth.At the same time,customers when selecting a flight provider,in addition to placing importance on the corporate premises,maintenance warehouse,parking spot,VIP rooms and other related hardware infrastructure;customers are focusing on service,security level,operation quality and responsiveness which are all forms of indirect influence.At present,it is of prime importance to identify how to enhance customer service quality via process optimization,monitoring of the key service points,timely response to customer needs etc.This question for study will combine the new requirements for the development of customer service in the business aviation industry,look at the upgrade of internal customer service processes and standards,collect relevant information on the service industry and review a large volume of the latest development trends.The solution proposal will be formed around detailed research and interviews with the front line business units to organize and clarify the whole process of service assurance,with the final solution including the information collection,customer service optimization and flight operation service monitoring.The main contents and outcomes of this paper are as follows:1.The core application logic will be based on the J2 EE technology standard,integrate JAVA script with Oracle database,and utilize MVC design principles to develop the business aviation customer support service system.2.The system will apply a multi-level architecture design,constructed with a data / information layer,data access layer,business support layer,business logic layer and presentation layer in order to meet improved customer service quality requirements.3.The system will mainly realize service management,flight preferences,flight monitoring,cost management,service assurance,customer feedback,information push service,service monitoring and query functions,amongst others.Once these functions are on-line,it will be a complete platform based on new service concepts and improve the quality of the critical points in the service chain.After comprehensive demand analysis,detailed design and implementation,the system will be able to sustain a high number of concurrent users with stable performance and improve the ability of business aviation operators to maintain strong support in terms of quality control,operational process optimization and customer satisfaction. |
