| In recent years,with the rapid development of internet technology,various communication services are continuously introduced.Especially,the emergence of network video services has led to a substantial increase in the demand for communication bandwidth.Wavelength division multiplexing technology as an important technology to enhance communication bandwidth has become a research hotspot.WDM module is an important part of optical communication transceiver equipment.In the production of the actual WDM module in order to ensure the quality of the WDM module,the detection of the WDM module has become an indispensable part in daily production.In this thesis,we propose a single-deck test system based on Tunable Laser Source(TLS)for WDM module.This thesis provides a new test program in order to avoid of Slow rate,high cost and other shortcomings,when testing passive optoelectronic devices with optical spectrometer analyzer(Optical Spectrum Analyzer,OSA)in the traditional test system.The scheme has the characteristics of low cost and high integration,and realizes the high sensitivity and quick test of the multi-channel WDM module index in a certain wavelength range at the same time,thus reducing the production cost of the WDM module and improving the testing efficiency.This thesis mainly focuses on the structure and function of single-deck system based on TLS for WDM module,and completes the design of optical power meter single deck,optical switch single deck,optical attenuation single deck.Finally,the thesis gives the comparison and analysis of the traditional test system and the single-deck test system for the test data of the same WDM module.It shows that the single-deck system based on TLS for WDM module,based on high integration and low cost,improves the test accuracy and can be used for the actual test for WDM module. |
