| Public finance management information system is an important component of national economic and social Information. It contains a large amount of sensitive information involving State secrets and people’s livelihood. It affects the quality of public organizations to provide public services to the community. Information level rising provide powerful booster for public services, at the same time, the rapid development of information technology to the management of public finances pose unprecedented public information security threats. Under the rapidly rising current security events every year, how to improve public finance management information security has become a safeguard healthy development of the public finances, and even guaranteed its important basis for vitality.Information security engineering is a complex system engineering. In this study, we aim to research on security reform of public finance management information on in China through the analysis of specific security requirements in the management of public finances with" Risk Management" as the core solution, OMG software security assurance system for technical guidance, the ISO27001Information security management systems for the management framework and Panyu district Bureau of information security for the case. Through this study, good management of information security in the public finance sector can provide some references. At last, we can provide some references to management of information security in the public finance sector.This text is divided into four major parts. Part one is the security-related public financial information theory analysis. Part two is the information security status of Panyu District Finance Bureau for analysis. Part three is the financial status of information security Panyu District Bureau of existence problems and causes. Part four is for the existence of Panyu District Finance Bureau status information security problem, the corresponding recommendations for improvement. |
