Since China started a new round of medical reform in 2009,China's hospital pharmacy service model changed gradually from the "drug-centered" supply,to"patient-centered" clinical oriented service.At present,China has canceled all public hospitals by September 30,2017.The pharmacy becomes the cost center,no longer the profit center.It has become a general trend to strip outpatient pharmacy from hospital.There are many problems in pharmacy including varieties of drugs,relatively few staff and the function shifting of pharmacy center.Meanwhile,the efficiency of pharmacy is low and the drug stocks is usually unreasonable.Under the situation of the trend of separation of out paitient pharmacy,low or no profit in future,how to use the existing conditions to make a reason able drug inventory,stock management system is the primary task in many hospitals.In today's "Internet +" under the boom,the inevitable trend of the futuredevelopment of hospital is to develop "wisdom hospital",according to local conditions for automated pharmacy inventory management is to achieve "wisdom hospital" key part.This paper expounds the existing problems of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital from the point of view of scientific optimization of pharmacy quantity.We adopt the method of empirical analysis comparative analysis and causal method to find out the reason of irrational medicine inventory.The author looks for different models of the algorithm from a wide range of research and the establishment of different drug management model.Under the existing conditions,the author designedthe software,finding scientific optimization of drugs and request plans to reduce times of entries.The author has improved work efficiency so that the pharmacy drug inventory is more reasonable.This article contains four sections and six sections.Part one is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background of the topic selection,and put forward outpatient pharmacy in medical reform in the challenges and opportunities.This paper analyzes the weak points of the pharmacy.Through the analysis and discussion,the author found a way to solve the problem.Combining with the situation of other hospitals,in this study,we build a framework to solve the problem.And through the software design,the scientificity and necessity to solve this problem shows between the lines.The second part describes the theoretical basis for the realization of software design,including the barrel theory,color management,Palo appropriate and PDCA continuous improvement method.Through the introduction of related theories,the author finds a solution to the problem.The author collects relevant data with his own ideas,analyzed the data,and established the multi algorithm model by ABC scientific classification.In this paper,four algorithm models were established according to the classification of drugs,which are the special drug algorithm model,the common drug algorithm,the double heap algorithm and the base drug algorithm of the first aid drug.The algorithm is validated and analyzed.A suitable and feasible scheme was designed and then reflected in the software implementation to solve the problem.And then the author used the PDCA cycle,planning,implementation,inspection,improvement,continuous circulation to achieve a relatively perfect system.The third part is the research and development content of this paper.In the case of the computer system in our hospital,the principle,goal and design flow of design software were determined for their own needs.To improve the data structure,the author had written code to achieve software design with VBA.By name,specifications and dosage forms to determine the unique data structure of the drug,there are data from preprocessing.After the pre-processing data into the program for the inventory color management,and the software according to the various algorithm model had prepared to develop Excel table.The whole process in the PDCA theory under the guidance of running verification,continuous improvement,and constantly improve.The part four is the discussion part.Software results show that,it has reduced storage times,optimized the inventory,reduced labor costs and improved labor efficiency.This paper discussed the advantages of the software in the management of drug inventory,the formulation of the drug procurement plan and the impact on the hospital drugs.The range of application of the software and its algorithm is confirmed,which is suitable for the popularization of the pharmacy.This article
