Design And Implementation Of The Reimbursement System For The Greatwall Drilling Company

Reimbursement of business is an important part of the large firm and the business of the company, and corporate finance is the pioneering work. The work on all aspects of the requirements is very high. Reimbursement execution is closely related to the quality of each department in the company’s healthy and normal operation. With the rapid development of the company’s information, information management systems have been widely applied in enterprises, and information management standardization of the business enterprise. They can help enterprises to improve production efficiency, and reduce the cost. In this paper, a reimbursement platform is designed to help the financial management informationization.The system adopts three layers of development (i.e., the business logic layer, data access layer, presentation layer) to design. The roles of system are mainly composed of three kinds. The first kind is the ordinary employees. They received work from the leaders, and first apply for loans from the company to apply for business expenses. Then they submit reimbursement in after the completion of the work, and initiate the reimbursement process. At the same time, they can also view the application state after submitting the application, or withdraw the applications that are not yet approval. The second kind is the leadership of the department staff. They received a loan application and reimbursement application, and carry out the administrative examination and approval of application, which is the key link for business. The third kind is the financial audit staff. They are the relevant person in charge of examination and approval in the staff loan application and reimbursement after the examination of documents, invoices Finally they implement loan payment, repayment and reimbursement.The interface framework is based on MFC. And the system utilizes SQL Server 2008 as the database to design the reimbursement system with C/S structure. In this paper, we firstly introduce the related knowledge relates to the design background and reimbursement system. Secondly we analyze the requirement analysis and use case. Then we design the frame of the whole function of reimbursement system, as well as the database. The system is designed by C++language. The reimbursement system will standardize the reimbursement process. Also it can help the enterprises strengthen the management of funds, reduce the workload of the financial department leaders and staff, and improve the efficiency of financial work.
