Nowadays,in the rapid expansion of the scale of power grid,emerging new technology and power and is widely applied in power,workers in the technical requirements and skills is gradually showing a growing trend.The company for employees in a highly valued state,in the training work this way,then for a large number of employees in the training resources,which could achieve the effective supply.However,based on the existing training and examination mode,it has been unable to meet the increasing demand for training,so we need to build a differentiated training examination system with the aid of the computer network,not only make the training more targeted,but also can reduce the burden of work so as to improve work efficiency.The training system of many enterprises are developed with computer network as the basis for the implementation of a remote training platform to build,test for questions also just stay in the traditional type of choice.In the operation process,the users could fill in the blanks and answer related form.Because the professional and technical personnel are lack,so how to make a comprehensive maintenance and make timely and effective updates to the internal database of the system.Moreover,the training is relatively old and backward state in terms of content,so that enterprises in the network the work of training and examination showed slow progress even become a stagnant situation,the power supply company specific training and examination system has not been effectively established.Therefore,the evaluation of staff training files,quality,skills identification work cannot be effectively carried out,seriously affecting the company's human resources use efficiency.The system is integrated with the integration of management;training and examination evaluation management,exam monitoring,business process,statistics and analysis,training and examination staff management,exam training data file storage and access to other functions.Which could solve the traditional exam training management mode of manual processing of information is slow,incomplete,not timely,low efficiency problems,and ultimately staff difference exam training,improve the power supply enterprise differentiation,modern exam training management level.In this paper,the power supply enterprise differentiation training examination system was studied,and an in-depth analysis and discussion to the current demand.Mainly in the system architecture design,function module design and database design of an inquiry.Using B/S architecture and system development,SQL Server database system,realization of system in training management,test design,training database management,and other functions.Login this system can according to their different roles,so you must set up the authentication can let students enter the system,as well as check grade concrete test steps.In addition,in order to prevent online cheating in the exam,can disrupt topic appropriately,so that we can solve the copied each other.Online examination from the question bank according to the difficulty of setting,topic,the topic quantity random questions can be drawn from the database and automatically generating test paper,at the start of the test,the system automatically countdown,the test time arrives,the system will automatically submit test paper.And computer automatic mark,after the mark,the examinee scores to show to the client.After the test,the administrator can on differentiation training examination question bank system for maintenance and management.
