Electrical Supply Ministry of TIEFA Energy Corporation is an important auxiliary unit in coal production,construction,and it is primarily responsible for coal production,construction and providing residents high quality service.Electrical Supply Ministry has six production divisions,more than fifty classes.It provides electricity for ten coal mines,five production support units,fifteen life logistic service units and 50,000 residents,characterized by multi-point,long-line,and wide,geographically dispersed.As such,the supply of staff safety skills,professional and technical training and examination are an important guarantee for safe production of our ministry.Due to the influence of subjective and objective factors,in the past,many companies still take the method which managers teaching face to face,employees taking an exam in papers.This single training method makes staff no training initiative,and it can not stimulate employees' learning interest.What is more,the safety awareness and operating technical level of staff are also greatly reduced due to the low enthusiasm.In the long run,although the cost investing in training and examinations is not low,the effect that companies want to achieve to improve employees' safety awareness and operational level is not particularly desirable.Therefore,the development of suitable software for training and examination system of Electrical Supply Ministry can further enhance employee safety awareness,improve their operational skills,and it is important for realizing the safety of electrical supply.Constantly the development of computer technology and network technology provide support for training and examination system.Based on the existing LAN resources of Electrical Supply Ministry,the author has developed a B/S mode of training and examination system under Windows systems,using ASP.NET and SQL Server database and taking C#as the development platform.The users of this system are divided into three kinds that include examinee,teacher and administrator.This system is divided for sixteen major module altogether:user management,examination management,training management,system maintenance,news management,forum management,training information management,paper management,paper build-up management,marking management,itern bank management,score management,online self testing,online learning,online exanination,score inquiry management.Response speed and success rate of combing paper is considered in the realization of the system.The system choose genetic algorithm to combine paper and it enables the system to meet the requirements of scientific training and examination of the papers in the greatest degree.The system fully considers the ability to support the change of the training demand and technology.It can increase new function with the passage of time,the increasing amount of data,and the in-depth of the use,and it has good extension and maintainability.In the development process,it will present human resources in this system,taking into account the actual situation of the enterprise and the expansibility of the system.It has been tested by 935 staff from six production divisions of our ministry for a period of 6 months to prove the stability and correctness of the system.The system has high generating random,science,rationality,response speed and high success rate of generating the test paper.The success of the system,not only reduces the workload of electrical supply trainers and stimulates their interest in online learning,but also ensures fair and impartial of the examination,and it achieves the purpose that our ministry manages the whole process of training and examination online.
