The Design And Implementation Of The ERP Finance System In The XD Company

With the gradual development of the domestic economy,the competition between enterprises has become more intense,many industries and enterprises have adopted various means to improve their overall competitiveness in the domestic and international market.Enterprise resource planning(ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)has become a key platform for enterprises to information,standardization and systematization.ERP is the unified integration of management and technology,that is,it assembles enterprise's organizational structure,business processes,capital flows,and information exchange to form a more clear system response,which is based on the integration of enterprise management concepts and information technology.XD is a large asset management company,in today's rapidly changing economic development situation,many companies including XD company have problems on the lack of data sharing platform,not smoothly capital operation process,the hardness to integrate the various departments of business and unable to meet the internal management needs and other issues.Therefore,the inevitable way for enterprises to find a breakthrough and enhance their own is to implement enterprise information system ERP that contain advanced management ideas.In this paper,we discuss problems and countermeasures in the implementation process based on the theoretical basis of ERP and the design and implementation process work of XD ERP system,which will ensure the smooth follow-up work.XD's ERP system project mainly includes Oracle ERP standard module and customized module that is according to the actual business development,and each module has the corresponding entry,review,approval and other processes.This article will focus on how XD company solve the practical problems including operation is not smooth,data is difficult to share,and the information is not uniform by ERP system.Here,we think that after the successful implementation of ERP system in XD company,the organizational structure will be fully improved.It will build a more comprehensive information platform,and the system involved efficiency of various sectors will be improved.It will also save resources and operating costs,and receive approvals form enterprises and customers.In addition,it has a very high reference means in the relevant company ERP financial system design and implementation phases.
