Design And Implementation Of Nantong Bank Credit Loan Capital Management System

This paper discusses Nanjing Bank loan capital management information system. Nantong Bank is a regional type of commercial banks rising star, their business objectives and strategic goals aimed at the Yangtze River Delta and the southeast coastal area of economic prosperity group, to provide customers with all types of credit related services and investment services. Financial institutions in the country join the international competition opportunities, the bank decision-makers to invest in the development of new loan capital management information system, to comprehensive upgrade the banks’ own internal management capacity and effectiveness. This system is an important part of Nanjing commercial bank’s financial business management information platform, and conducts information processing task for the bank’s loan business management.This paper discusses the system’s demand analysis from client credit management function, loan management function, loan transaction management function and related property and risk management function, etc. and outlined summarizes other related functions. Based on the system’s demand analysis, general design, the software programming and system test, it thoroughly discusses the system’s design and implementation, establishes the system’s user cases, structure design and database design. The software uses web core browser-server structure, main computing resources and transaction procedures are processed on the system’s application server and database server. The client end programming uses Java script, on the server side using Java and J2EE technology architecture for program applications while SQL for data processing to calculate the internal affairs within the database server. This system’s database server uses IBM DB2V9, the server has a mature and stable feature, and it’s especially suit for financial institutions and banks, while IBM hardware server platforms with good adaptability.This system has been finished programming and test, and corrected all the bugs found in testing. The final testing shows that the system reaches its design and development requirement and to meet the real business needs of the bank, in a steady state operation.
