Research And Analysis Of RDF Semantics Based On REST Service

With the rapid development of Internet, the Web service has become the major important and essential part of Internet Co, Internet Web service provider, portals website, search engines, ERP and enterprise cluster. The generalized Web service refers to the Internet for access based on the user to provide a variety of business functions and data service. Users can get accessed to information and transaction processing through Internet (mostly through the browser). The development of Web services is also quite quickly and presenting the richness, mainly displaying in diversification of the underlying protocol, diversity of the technical architecture and diverse styles of programming environment, which highlights the heterogeneous problem of Web services.The REST (representational state transfer) services are more and more widely used, The REST service based on HTTP protocol, following the HTTP’s original intention, stressed the stateless and the unity of calling interface, and its thought that resources as the core is consistent with the semantic web.The semantic web is the idea of the Internet information and resources with semantic meaning. Sematic web is a perfect complement for Internet. RDF is a semantic description framework of W3C standard, RDF uses three tuple structure of subject, predicate, object to describe Web resources, and can use RDF diagram of the intuitive way to show the semantic. The main significance of RDF is to describe all of the resources on the Internet by semantic, then work on semantic study and further processing.This paper firstly applies RDF on description of entity XML and JSON two kinds of data formats, after that propose a RDF semantic analysis model based on REST services, which can well be separated from the technical details, Through the semantic description of REST service will be converted to simple and easy to understand form, the work in the future can continue to describe RDF applications on other Web services, so as to avoid the heterogeneous of Web services, then in the semantic level to research and analysis of Web services and the semantic web. This paper then study on REST service in a software engineering project. The model is then applied to the example of software project for implementation and analysis.
