| Prescription drugs need to prescribe by a doctor to get the special drugs,as a prescription drug purchase vouchers,prescription development has gone through paperless to paperless stage,with the continuous construction of domestic medical information,many hospitals deployed hospital information system(HIS),electronic prescription system is HIS The internal physician workstation components,it is the traditional handwritten prescription revolutionary significance,but also to achieve medical advice network,digital and paperless important tool.However,the current electronic prescription system is limited to the hospital’s local area network,due to the heterogeneous characteristics of medical information systems,electronic prescription data is difficult to effectively share with the outside world.With the deepening of medical reform in China and the rapid development of computer technology,electronic prescription system has gained new opportunities,but also faces new problems.How electronic prescription data from the hospital to the inside of the Internet,electronic prescription data how to build a standard document,proper storage and management of electronic prescription data are all electronic prescription system Internet needs to face and deal with the core issues.For the above mentioned problems,this paper first studied the development of electronic prescription system at home and abroad,and then for the electronic prescription related to domestic and international medical information standards and integrated technical specifications for research and analysis,mainly:HL7 standard,IHE integration Technical specifications,"health records basic data set","health information data element directory" and "electronic medical record document sharing norms",in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign medical information standards,for HIS products were investigated,based on research The design idea of the electronic prescription of the Internet is given,and the key technology in the electronic prescription information exchange process is studied deeply.The main research work is as follows:1.The HL7 standard was first studied,in which the focus was on the HL7 message,the CDA shared document architecture and their role in the electronic prescription data exchange process.And then in-depth study of IHE Pharmacy and XDS related to electronic prescriptions in IHE technical specifications.2.Through the research on the current situation and the problems of electronic prescription at home and abroad,combined with the domestic conditions,and the actual research on the hospital HIS products to clarify the Internet electronic prescription system needs and business processes,put forward the overall design of the system.3.Based on the actual research on hospital and HIS products,the database HIS electronic prescription data is obtained through database change detection technology,and the key technologies of electronic prescription data transfer from hospital to Internet electronic prescription system are introduced.4.After addressing the source of electronic prescriptions,the solution of electronic prescription document management based on IHE XDS was given,and the Internet electronic prescription system was built by using open source project OpenXDS,and an in-depth study was made on how to apply IHE XDS to the system. |
