Design And Implementation Of Control System For Small Data Center Variable Frequency Air Conditioning

With the development of big data and cloud computing,the size and quantity of data center are rising quickly,especially in the small data center.The equipment heat density becomes higher and higher.The need of control precision,data center air conditioning energy saving function and reliability is more urgent.The control system is the nerve system of the frequency conversion air conditioning in the data center,so it is very important to upgrade the air-conditioning system and research the control system and strategy which is more suitable for the heat dissipation characteristics of the small data center.The main research topic of this thesis is based on the external air conditioning refrigeration compressor lines which is newly developed,with fully understand the operation principle of inverter air condition,complete the control system hardware design,software design in Carel Strategy control system architecture.The frequency converting control of the compressor,the electronic expansion valve control strategy,the independent operating of the indoor unit and outdoor unit without communication,self-motion underclocking when the system abnormal and alarm handling,as so on.With these difficulties,we did a lot of frequency air conditioning control system research,combined with the characteristics of air conditioner in this thesis,finaly completed the design and research of hardware and software scheme of the control system.Based on solving the difficulties,through the professional laboratory of the enthalpy difference contrast performance test under different loads,and the optimum control debugging strategy,the frequency converter control scheme has better control precision,reliability,stability and energy saving advantages.
