In recent years,China's economic stability,national policy support and the development of the pharmaceutical industry have been steadily rising.More and more pharmaceutical companies hope to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises by establishing ERP system.This article describes the ERP implementation project combining the business status of a pharmaceutical company and the business characteristics of modern pharmaceutical industry.With the rapid development of the company and the growth of the business form,the company's old ERP has been constantly put forward that the old system has not adapted to the new requirements.Therefore,the company proposed to use the new ERP based on the actual situation of the company and specific business requirements.This paper introduces the absolute factor of ERP in existing enterprises.Then the management thought and its development at home and abroad are analyzed in detail.Secondly according to the purchasing module of ERP function divided it into six function,including the daily stock registration,purchase orders,purchase orders,procurement statement,purchasing payment single,purchasing goods return,and a detailed description of the various modules function and the combination of the business,but also shows the corresponding function required reports,documents,etc,showing the operation of the final system interface;In the end,the project was summarized and the pilot project made a significant contribution to the follow-up promotion of a pharmaceutical group.This ERP implementation project USES inker ERP PM4 system.The company USES the procurement business management system to realize the control of the purchase order of the supplier,and meet the requirements of the state administration of drug administration for the mandatory control of orders from the pharmaceutical industry;To be able to find and master the shortage of goods in the warehouse in time to prevent the untimely purchase of purchasing personnel and to improve the overall control of the purchasing commodities;Be able to carry out direct and accurate document exchange for business and finance,and timely and accurately relate the invoice of upstream suppliers;Be able to make payment according to invoice;Ability to simplify the operation of the order and improve work efficiency;Ability to manage the management of the business.
