The Design And Implementation Of Purchase Module In Ship Manufacturing ERP Project

With the rapid development of information technology, Internet has become an important information dissemination tools all over the world. Enterprise’s information technology has become an important part to the development and competition of the enterprise. From the perspective of internal operations,"Evidence exist everywhere, big push for the statements, Different companies have different data, Companies shirk their responsibilities to the others, and have no basis for decision-making, and General Managers are difficult to commanding." Which are still the problems that a lot of entrepreneurs faced. From the external environment of the enterprise to analysis, an important basis for corporate strategy adjustment is that they can quick access to market intelligence and the chain of supply of information.ERP (Enterprise resource planning) is built on the basis of information technology, which used the advanced modern enterprise management thoughts to offer a full range of management decision, plan, control and performance evaluation for enterprises. This paper takes ERP as the core idea, taking SAP software as the implementation tool, the ship manufacturing industry as the project background, taking ABAP technology as technology, which systematically elaborated the implementation in the enterprise information process, design and implementation of procurement management module. The topic comes from the actual needs of the project, the entire project implementation process based on the analysis and solution of practical problems for customers, creating value for customers. Topics derived from the actual project requirements, the project is based on the customer throughout the implementation process analysis and solution of practical problems, for customers to create real value. Through the implementation of the ERP project, enterprises established standardized information overall planning, planed the management process, established the process standards, regulated the undertaking responsibilities, which is conducive to the cost control and production management personnel, at the same time, the historical data were screened and summarized, and it discussed its internal rules, optimized of the current management. It provided more powerful information for the future development decision of the enterprise. In this paper, purchasing module realized the master data management, material requirement planning management, supply and price management, purchase order management, delivery management, purchasing invoice verification management and some special procurement management on the functional design. The implementation of the project is mainly divided into demand investigation, blueprint design, system design and implementation, the system on-line five stages. This paper is based on the project of the software engineering process. First, it carries on the investigation research and definition of requirements on the system, it also researches on enterprise and clears the actual demand of the enterprise; Secondly, it analyzes and design of system business blueprint according to user needs, reviewing and planning form operation standard according to the demand, and then to build the development system, program design and system of logic. In the system the on-line phase, I investigated data switching strategy on-line switching time, making the original system with switching strategies of SAP, and then according to the design idea of system testing and implementation, finally, making the project implementation,follow-up support description and optimization.Through the research of this subject, it can gradually establish a set of suitable for shipbuilding industry ERP solution and the industry experience and development program can reuse parts for future project cost savings. In addition, if it can make the improvement done on the basis of this, it will form a mature industry solutions, which will provide opportunities and competitiveness more for the implementation of the business development, especially the special needs of manufacturing industry characteristics in ship decided part, which is formed in the design and implementation of experience will provide technical support for future ERP project and that is similar to the implementation of the enterprise.
