Tengchong County is a border province of Yunnan Province under the subordinate counties and cities,due to its complex social situation,the local government and education authorities always pay great attention to campus safety management work thinking from the maintenance of campus order stability.Through a large number of human and material resources,they try to build a more comprehensive campus safety management system for the safety of teachers and students.At present,Tengchong County campus security management system still has the problem of lack of timeliness,the role of the sector can not be a good interactive mechanism,based on above considerations,Tengchong County education department decides to develop the campus safety management platform.In the research and development of Tengchong County Campus Security management platform,the B/S architecture,Oracle11g database and Android platform technology are adopted.B/S architecture is a three tier architecture,which can enhance the ability of the system to adapt to the use of the environment.The SSH framework is responsible for the data persistence,foreground display and so on.At the data management level,the Oracle11g database is adopted to effectively enhance the security of the data running environment.Android platform is based on Linux system,and it is one of the most popular mobile terminal development technologies.Tengchong County campus safety integrated management platform achieves the personal work management,safety management,school daily management,safety emergency treatment and other major functions.In which the personal work management realizes comprehensive management,daily work management and other sub-functions;safety management realizes safety issues management,safety education,school safety assessment and other sub-functions;school daily management achieves school institution management,three prevention management,three security management,safety report management and other sub-functions;safety emergency treatment achieves the emergency plan management,emergency drill management,emergency monitoring management,emergency warning processing and emergency broadcast management and other sub-functions.The research and development work of Tengchong County campus safety integrated management platform takes full account of Tengchong County campus security work characteristics,and combines it with the mobile characteristics of current social life,achieves part of the function through the mobile side.Through the above work,people improve the quality and efficiency of the safety education management work in Tengchong County,and further improve the system of campus safety management in the county,and build a more stable and safe environment for the daily running order of the campus and the learning and education life of teachers and students.
